Biography:

Looking for a counselor who embodies warmth, compassion, and understanding? Meet Christian- one who illuminates affirmation and love in the counseling world. With an educational background from Austin Peay State University, Christian not only holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Sciences but also a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her journey into the heart of therapy began with gaining experience working alongside survivors of sexual assault at the Clarksville Sexual Assault Center, laying the foundational stones of empathy and resilience.

Christian's passion for healing deepened during her transformative internship at the Trauma & Therapy Center, where she honed her skills in navigating the complexities of complex trauma and dissociation. Now, as a Master’s Level Counselor, she brings a unique blend of expertise and genuine care to each session, backed by specialized training in Brainspotting (Level 1 and Level 2), Trauma-Informed Hypnosis, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy [DBT].

Christian’s vibrant personality shines through her eclectic hobbies. From binge-watching “Santa Clarita Diet” and “Six Feet Under” to mastering the art of spicy garlic pickles (with a kick of habanero!), Christian's interests are as diverse as they are engaging. She’s also a true crime fanatic, a woodworking enthusiast, and a home renovation creative. Grounded in her identity as an Enneagram 9, The Peacemaker, and an INFJ – “The Counselor” on the Myers-Briggs scale, Christian embodies the essence of her work: creating peace and understanding within chaos.

If you’re navigating the effects of trauma, seeking a path to healing, or simply in need of a compassionate ear, Christian is ready to guide you through. Her approach is not just informed by her extensive training, but also by her life’s passions and intrinsic empathy. Join Christian on a journey to wellness, where every session is a step closer to healing and self-discovery.
