“I believe healing happens when people feel deeply seen, safely supported, and understood within the context of their lived experiences. Your responses make sense, and therapy is not about fixing you, it’s about honoring your story, strengthening your nervous system, and walking alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Together, we work to move from survival toward a life that feels more grounded, compassionate, and authentically yours.”

She approaches the therapy space with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Lauryn believes everyone deserves a place where their story is honored and their voice matters, especially during seasons that feel confusing, heavy, or overwhelming.
Lauryn chose counseling work out of a strong belief that healing happens in connection. She is drawn to the meaningful relationships therapy makes possible and to the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. Her hope is to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with strengths that may feel distant or forgotten. She works to create a compassionate environment where growth feels steady, supported, and attainable.
