“The sun will always rise again tomorrow. Things are not always as bad as they seem in the moment and there is always a way through. Therapy allows people to see the way through the challenges and to realize it is okay to take struggles on one day at a time. They can speak up for what they need and want in a safe space and work on personal growth.”

Meet Logan– Thoughtful, Supportive Therapy for Relational Trauma & Self-Discovery

If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, empathetic, understanding, and not afraid to sprinkle in some humor—Logan may be the right fit for you. She brings authenticity, emotional intelligence, and a calming presence into the therapy room, creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are. Logan understands firsthand the importance of having someone to talk through life’s struggles with, and she is passionate about helping people feel validated, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Logan works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, as well as young adults facing daily stressors or big life transitions. She also supports teens coping with the impact of anxiety, depression, or difficult experiences, offering both warmth and practical guidance. Her approach is rooted in the belief that “the sun will always rise again tomorrow”—reminding clients that even when things feel overwhelming, there is always a way through.

In her work, Logan helps clients identify what’s weighing them down, build coping skills to navigate challenges, and begin seeing themselves and their struggles with more compassion. She believes therapy isn’t just about symptom relief; it’s about finding your voice, advocating for your needs, and taking one step at a time toward growth and healing. Clients describe her as relatable, encouraging, and steady—someone who brings a balance of empathy, insight, and a touch of lightheartedness to the hard work of therapy.

Logan works with:

  • Adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma

  • Young adults in transition or dealing with daily life challenges

  • Teens struggling with anxiety, depression, or traumatic experiences

  • Anyone ready to explore their story, build resilience, and reclaim hope

Logan holds certifications in Psychological First Aid (PFA), HIPAA Workforce Proficiency (CHWP), Clinical Medical Assisting (CCMA), and Basic Life Support (BLS). She is committed to ongoing growth as a clinician and is continually pursuing advanced training to better serve her clients.

Outside the Therapy Room

Logan loves all animals (and grew up as a self-proclaimed “horse girl” 🐴). She enjoys anything crafty—even if it doesn’t turn out Pinterest-worthy—along with spending time outdoors, playing board games, and being with her family. Her personality shines through in her ENFJ Myers-Briggs type (“The Teacher”) and her Enneagram Type 2 (“The Helper”), with a tritype that highlights her as a practical problem-solver. These qualities reflect her natural ability to combine warmth, encouragement, and strategy in the therapy process.
