Meet Megan– Thoughtful, Supportive Therapy for Relational Trauma & Self-Discovery
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, bring warmth and clarity to your journey, and help you build a life that feels whole and intentional—Megan may be the right fit for you. She brings a rare blend of compassion, insight, and steady presence to the therapy space, creating a safe place for clients to reclaim their stories and reconnect with who they truly are.
Megan is especially passionate about working with individuals who are navigating the aftermath of relational trauma—those who long for healthier relationships, more self-trust, and the tools to move forward without shame or self-doubt. Whether you're feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by the past, or unsure how to break old patterns, Megan offers a space where you don't have to figure it out alone.
She helps clients build practical skills for coping, self-care, and relationship repair, while also uncovering the deeper emotional patterns that keep them stuck. Therapy with Megan is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about helping you feel seen, supported, and capable of creating a life that feels aligned and meaningful. With her support, clients begin to let go of shame, gain clarity about what they want, and take empowered steps toward their best lives.
Megan’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Struggle is a sign of strength and your refusal to give in to the difficulties you’ve faced. Therapy is your space to be heard, to heal, and to grow—at your own pace, with a trusted ally beside you.” Clients often describe her as grounded, genuine, and deeply thoughtful—a therapist who offers both gentle encouragement and clear direction.
Megan works with:
Individuals navigating the effects of relational trauma or emotional neglect
Adults feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward
Clients seeking to improve relationships with themselves or others
Anyone ready to explore their story, build resilience, and reclaim hope
Before becoming a therapist, Megan’s deep empathy and curiosity about human connection led her to pursue a path where she could offer meaningful, lasting support. She helps clients not only feel seen but also gain the tools they need to move toward real change. Megan earned her undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy at Indiana University and completed her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. She is currently working on her second Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University.
Outside the Therapy Room
Megan brings creativity, thoughtfulness, and calm presence into both her personal life and her clinical work. A lifelong animal lover, she finds comfort and joy in spending time with her pets and exploring the outdoors. She’s also a passionate crafter—making earrings, home décor, and crocheted pieces that reflect her love of beauty and self-expression. Whether she’s diving into a podcast, reading a novel, or working with her hands, Megan values curiosity and growth—qualities that deeply inform her therapeutic approach.
Known as “The Advocate” (INFJ) on the Myers-Briggs and a Type 6 with a 5 wing on the Enneagram, Megan is loyal, perceptive, and committed to walking alongside others with care and intention. Her clients often find comfort in her intuitive presence and her ability to hold space without judgment.
