“I believe healing happens when people feel deeply seen, safely supported, and understood within the context of their lived experiences. Your responses make sense, and therapy is not about fixing you, it’s about honoring your story, strengthening your nervous system, and walking alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Together, we work to move from survival toward a life that feels more grounded, compassionate, and authentically yours.”

Meet Rebekah— Compassionate Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma & Nervous System Healing
If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, curious, and authentic, and who wants to help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why, Rebekah may be a great fit for you. She creates a warm, accepting space where children, teens, young adults, and adults can feel genuinely seen while developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
Rebekah especially enjoys working with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. You may know that something feels off but struggle to explain why. Maybe you overthink everything, put tremendous pressure on yourself, feel overwhelmed by emotions, or notice yourself reacting to situations in ways you don’t fully understand. Sometimes the patterns that frustrate us most make much more sense once we understand what our brains and bodies have learned from what we’ve experienced.
That’s where Rebekah loves to help clients connect the dots.
Her approach blends practical therapeutic tools with an understanding of trauma and the nervous system. Together, she helps clients explore how past experiences, nervous system responses, emotions, and present-day patterns may be connected. Rather than viewing those patterns as something “wrong,” she helps clients approach themselves with curiosity and compassion while developing new ways of responding to life. For Rebekah, therapy is about more than simply managing symptoms. It is an opportunity to understand yourself more fully, reconnect with your strengths, and build the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful change.
Her philosophy reflects that: “Healing doesn’t come from becoming someone new. It comes from understanding yourself with compassion, making sense of your experiences, and discovering that even in uncertainty, you are capable of growth. Therapy is a collaborative journey where insight, safety, and courage create lasting change.” Clients working with Rebekah can expect a therapist who is engaged, thoughtful, and genuinely curious about their story. She believes meaningful healing begins when people have enough safety to explore their experiences without judgment, and with enough support to begin trying something different.
Rebekah works with:
Children and adolescents navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficult experiences, perfectionism, or life changes
Young adults facing transitions, uncertainty, anxiety, high expectations, or pressure to have everything figured out
Adults healing from trauma who want to understand how past experiences may be influencing present-day emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses
Perfectionists and high-achievers who may appear capable on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, self-criticism, overwhelm, or difficulty slowing down
Rebekah is also a lifelong learner with a particular interest in neuroscience, the nervous system, and trauma-informed therapy. Her curiosity about how our experiences shape the way we think, feel, connect, and respond is more than an academic interest—it is central to how she approaches therapy.
She believes there can be something incredibly freeing about finally understanding, “There’s a reason this makes sense for me.” From there, clients can begin replacing judgment with understanding and move toward greater self-compassion, confidence, and hope.
Outside the Therapy Room
When she isn’t working with clients or learning more about the brain-body connection, Rebekah enjoys Pilates, exploring new coffee shops, spending time outdoors, especially during fall, and getting completely pulled into a good psychological thriller.
She is also a proud reality TV connoisseur, so while neuroscience may occupy one side of her brain, she appreciates a good dose of reality-TV drama too! And then there’s Charlie. Her dachshund is not just a dog… he is her beloved fur child and an important part of life outside the therapy room.
As an INFJ on the Myers-Briggs and an Enneagram 2w1 with a 261 tritype, Rebekah naturally values connection, empathy, thoughtfulness, and helping others feel understood. Combined with her clinical curiosity, these qualities contribute to a therapeutic style that is warm and relational while still helping clients look beneath the surface and make meaningful connections.
Ready to Take the First Step Toward Healing?
You don’t have to understand everything you’re experiencing before starting therapy. Making sense of it together can be part of the process.
Book a free, confidential 15-minute consultation with Rebekah to share a little about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and explore whether she feels like the right fit for you or your child. If you already feel ready to begin, you can also schedule your first appointment and start building a clearer, more compassionate understanding of yourself and the experiences that have shaped you.
