Meet Jordan – Empowering, Insightful Therapy for Life’s Transitions, Trauma, and Rediscovery
If you’re looking for a therapist who is genuine, empowering, energetic, empathetic—and just the right amount of funny—Jordan might be the perfect fit. She brings an energizing mix of warmth, authenticity, and deep curiosity to the therapy space, helping clients feel seen, supported, and inspired to take charge of their healing journey. Jordan’s strength lies in her ability to blend encouragement with real talk, meeting clients where they are while guiding them toward who they want to become.
Jordan is especially passionate about helping teens, college students, and adults navigate life transitions, relationship struggles, and the emotional effects of trauma, ADHD, or change. She understands that life can sometimes feel like too much—too fast, too heavy, or too uncertain. That’s why she’s committed to helping you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your sense of purpose, confidence, and possibility.
Drawing from her training and lived experience, Jordan helps clients build the tools they need to regulate their emotions, better understand their patterns, and reclaim their story. “Life can be complicated and feel hard to manage at times—and it’s okay to ask for help,” Jordan says. “In therapy, you’ll get to know yourself better so you can make the most of the life you’ve been given.” Clients often describe her as both grounding and uplifting—a therapist who listens with care, challenges with love, and cheers you on every step of the way.
Jordan believes in creating a space where you can feel safe, laugh when it helps, and grow at your own pace. Her approach is collaborative, client-centered, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience.
Jordan works with:
College students and young adults facing identity shifts, anxiety, or ADHD
Individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, or emotional overwhelm
Active duty military, veterans, and families impacted by trauma or TBI
Clients looking for a therapist who’s both compassionate and empowering, with a light-hearted approach to deep work
Before entering private practice, Jordan interned at Cumberland Hall Hospital, where she gained experience working with clients across a wide range of presenting issues. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Austin Peay State University—where her passion for client-centered, trauma-informed care took root and flourished.
Outside the Therapy Room
Jordan brings creativity, curiosity, and playful energy into both her clinical work and personal life. She’s an avid crocheter, a lover of rock tumbling, and someone who always has a new creative hobby on the horizon. A self-proclaimed “Slytherin,” Jordan’s also a huge fan of Star Wars, all things Disney, and the magic of small moments.
Her personality type—INTP-A, “The Logician”—helps her see patterns others might miss, while her Enneagram 7w8 with a 7-8-2 tritype (“The Free Spirit”) brings both spontaneity and determination into the therapy space. Clients often find comfort in her ability to be both lighthearted and deeply present, allowing for laughter and insight to coexist in every session.
